JUSTICE JAGHER LONDON & MILLEN

About Our Firm

Built for Complex Cases.

Justice Jagher London & Millen is a national litigation boutique focused on complex antitrust and consumer protection matters. We are trusted by courts to lead high-stakes class actions and prepared to take those cases through trial when necessary.

Representing consumers and businesses nationwide, we investigate and litigate coordinated misconduct, deceptive practices, and data-driven harm using rigorous investigation, economic analysis, and innovative litigation strategy built for the most demanding cases.

The firm’s history reflects a progression of experience, growth, and an enduring focus on complex, plaintiffs-side litigation:

Origins.

JJLM traces its roots to the 1990s, when the firm’s founding attorneys developed a nationally recognized class action practice at a Chicago-based law firm.

That practice achieved significant success representing consumers and businesses in complex antitrust, securities, and consumer matters, establishing a long-standing commitment to private enforcement.

Formation.

In 2007, those attorneys formed Freed Kanner London & Millen to continue that work as an independent firm focused on complex litigation.

FKLM built a strong reputation in antitrust and consumer cases, securing significant recoveries on behalf of clients and class members nationwide and serving in leadership roles in notable matters across industries.

Today.

In 2019, accomplished litigators Kimberly Justice and Jonathan Jagher joined the firm, expanding its national reach and strengthening its focus on antitrust enforcement and consumer protection.

Today, Justice Jagher London & Millen operates from Chicago and Philadelphia, representing consumers and businesses harmed by unlawful corporate conduct. The firm continues a decades-long commitment to consequential litigation—grounded in experience, judgment, and results.

A Legacy Carried Forward

For decades, Freed Kanner London & Millen stood for fearless advocacy, exceptional results, and an unwavering commitment to justice. The reputation we built was earned case by case and client by client.  I am deeply proud of this firm’s legacy — and confident that Justice Jagher London &Millen will carry that legacy forward with the same determination, talent, and commitment to excellence.

Michael Freed, Founding Partner

Guided by Experience. Proven in Court.

Effective class action litigation demands more than legal skill — it takes a firm that courts trust, clients rely on, and opposing counsel respects. At JJLM, that reputation has been earned over decades.

Our work is grounded in three principles: Integrity. Innovation. Impact.

5.png

Judgment You Can Trust.

Courts across the country appoint JJLM attorneys to lead complex class actions, including as lead, co-lead, and executive committee counsel. These appointments reflect sustained confidence in our judgment, professionalism, and ability to manage demanding matters involving multiple parties, jurisdictions, and competing interests.

We approach that responsibility with discipline and independence — making decisions that advance the interests of the class while maintaining credibility with courts and opposing counsel.

Our team includes former trial attorneys from the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division, bringing firsthand enforcement experience and a practical understanding of how complex investigations are built and proven.

7.png

Uncovering What Others Miss.

The matters we handle rarely present themselves clearly. They are complex, evolving, and often structured to avoid detection — whether through opaque pricing practices, coordinated conduct, or misconduct embedded within digital systems and data.

We combine sophisticated legal strategy with industry, economic, and data-driven insight to identify patterns and conduct that are not immediately visible. From developing novel legal theories to working through complex evidentiary records, we build cases that are designed to hold together under sustained challenge.

This work requires persistence, precision, and a willingness to pursue theories others may overlook, particularly in areas where the law continues to evolve alongside technology and modern business practices.

Results That Reshape Conduct.

Our work is measured by outcomes that deliver meaningful recovery and drive accountability across industries. We pursue matters that address systemic conduct — issues that shape industries and affect large groups of consumers and businesses.

JJLM attorneys have achieved significant results across antitrust and consumer protection matters, including cases involving price-fixing, monopolization, exclusionary conduct, deceptive practices, data privacy violations, and product defects.

We prepare every case with trial in mind. That discipline carries through the litigation — shaping strategy, strengthening our position, and grounding outcomes in the strength of the case.
