As part of the Executive Committee, JJLM attorneys sued Apple for monopolizing (or attempting to monopolize) the iOS app and in-app product distribution services in violation of federal antitrust laws and California unfair competition laws. Plaintiffs secured an outstanding monetary recovery for app developers. JJLM and the other firms that led the case received the American Antitrust Institute's Award for Outstanding Antitrust Litigation Achievement.
