JJLM attorneys represent individuals who shared information with defendant Temple University Health System (“TUHS”) through its website, including their Protected Health Information and Personally Identifiable Information, with the reasonable belief that TUHS would take appropriate steps to maintain the privacy of their communications. Instead, TUHS, allegedly aided, employed, agreed, and conspired with Adobe, Inc. to enable Adobe to intercept sensitive and confidential personal and medical communications of TUHS’s website users. Plaintiffs allege violations of Pennsylvania's Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act and negligence.
