Clarke v. Lemonade Inc.

JJLM Partner Jonathan Jagher was appointed to the Plaintiffs' Executive Committee in this data privacy class action representing thousands of U.S. residents who made video claim submissions to Lemonade Insurance Company. Plaintiffs alleged that Lemonade collected, captured, received, or otherwise obtained biometric identifiers or biometric information without providing required disclosures under BIPA, New York's UDTPA Section 349, California's UCL, and other claims.
