JJLM partner Jonathan Jagher served as co-lead counsel in this data privacy case alleging that Dermalogica collected, captured, used, and stored individuals' biometric identifiers and/or biometric information without providing sufficient disclosures required by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, and without obtaining the written release required by the statute. Settlement valued at $8.9 million.
