In re High Fructose Corn Syrup Antitrust Litigation

JJLM attorneys were co-lead counsel in this antitrust case against certain corn refiners for colluding to fix the price of high fructose corn syrup, the main sweetener used in soda pop and many bakery and dairy products. The case settled weeks before trial. The presiding judge commended counsel, saying they were 'as good as it gets.' The settlement is one of the largest in the Seventh Circuit.
