In re Clozapine Antitrust Litigation

JJLM attorneys served as co-lead counsel in this antitrust class action against Caremark and Sandoz Pharmaceuticals alleging that the defendants entered into an illegal agreement to distribute a drug known as Clozaril by tying it to the purchase of a blood testing system, by fixing the price of the packaged sale, and by conspiring to monopolize the relevant market. More than $20 million was recovered for the class.
