Nicholas R. Lange is a partner at JJLM. A Chicago native, he received his J.D. from the DePaul University College of Law in 2014. He has experience litigating civil matters that include fraud, tort, breach of contract, and corporate matters.

In 2023, Mr. Lange received the Super Lawyers Rising Star award (Class Action/Mass Torts). He was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in In re AT&T Inc. Customer Data Security Breach Litigation, 3:24-cv-00757 (N.D. Tex.) (ECF No. 165).

Mr. Lange is admitted to the State Bar of Illinois and to the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Illinois.

Nick came to class action litigation drawn by its potential to do something most litigation can't: compel large corporations to change their conduct and compensate those they've wronged at scale. That conviction shapes how he approaches every matter — as an advocate first.

He holds a B.S. in English and Philosophy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (2011). He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Class Action/Mass Torts (2023).

Nick is admitted to practice in Illinois, and is admitted in the Northern District of Illinois, the District of Colorado, and the Southern District of Illinois.
