JJLM partner Kimberly Justice was recently appointed to serve as Lead Counsel in Murphy, et al. v. Toyota Motor Corporation, et al., Consolidated Case No. 4:21-cv-00178-ALM (E.D. Tex.), a class action arising from allegations that Toyota manufactured, sold, and leased 2013-2018 Toyota RAV4 vehicles with a defectively designed battery retention system.
