JJLM was appointed to serve as Co-Lead Counsel in In re Archery Products Antitrust Litigation on behalf of direct purchasers in this antitrust case that alleges an antitrust price-fixing conspiracy across the U.S. archery industry which artificially raised the prices of bows, arrows and equipment.

Plaintiffs allege that defendants achieved their aims through the widespread use of minimum advertised pricing (MAP) policies, which prevent price discounting and reduce competition — a per se violation of the antitrust laws.
