JJLM partner Jonathan Jagher was appointed as a Settlement Class Counsel in In re Procter & Gamble Aerosol Products Marketing and Sales Practice Litigation, 2:22-MD-3025 (SD OH).

On June 16, 2023, Judge Watson of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio granted final approval of a multi-million-dollar settlement reached between Settlement Class Counsel and Procter & Gamble related to the alleged contamination of certain Proctor & Gamble aerosol products with benzene, a human carcinogen and the economic damages to the purchasers of these products.
