JJLM recovered over $354 million for purchasers of Containerboard Products (both raw containerboard and corrugated products).
The initial complaint was filed in September 2010, following a lengthy private investigation, and alleged that seven named defendants violated Section 1 of the Sherman Act by collusively restraining supply and fixing the price of Containerboard Products from February 2004 through November 2010.
One distribution of settlement funds has already been made to the class and a second distribution is expected later in 2019.
